Self, is a six week 1-2-1 coaching program designed as a deep dive into exploring the essential self, helping people reconnect with who they are at the core and cultivate a stronger sense of authenticity, purpose, and self trust.
If you are experiencing worries, anxiety, stress, self-doubt, will simply have a feeling that life could be more fulfilling, this program may be exactly what you have been looking for.
Perhaps she feels stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your next steps. Maybe you successful on the outside, yet something doesn’t feel quite right on the inside. Or perhaps you spent so much time meeting the needs and expectations of others that you’ve lost sight of who you truly are.

Creative Coaching for Children and Young People
Why It Matters to Start Young
Creative Coaching offers children and young people a safe, supportive, and inspiring space to explore their essential self at an early age. Through creativity, reflection, conversation and personal development, activities, children and young people are encouraged to better understand themselves, their values, their strengths and what genuinely brings them happiness in fulfillment.
In a world where children and young people are constantly influenced by social media, peer pressure, academic expectations, and societal messaging about who they should be, it can be difficult for them to hear their own voice.
Creative coaching can help them reconnect with that voice.
But encouraging, self-awareness and self-discovery, children and young people begin to understand what matters to them, what motivates them, and what makes them feel content and aligned.
These sessions are not a replacement for specialised therapeutic intervention; however support with appropriate referrals can be offered where appropriate.

Cosmic coaching is a holistic approach to self-development that blends intuitive guidance with astrology to help you better understand yourself and your life path.
By exploring elements such as your sun, moon and ascending sign, it offers insight into your strengths, challenges, and potential. It’s a reflective and empowering process designed to bring clarity, alignment, and a deeper connection to your purpose.
